Our Services

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapy services provide children with the skills they need to participate fully in activities that are meaningful and necessary for their growth and development. Activities include dressing, eating, bathing, writing, and drawing. When children are able to navigate these tasks, they’re better able to engage with the world around them and explore the passions and hobbies that bring them joy and fulfillment.

Feeding Therapy

Whether your child has an aversion to certain foods or is lacking the strength and control required to eat comfortably, we are here to help your picky eaters and problem feeders. During our sessions, we create a nurturing environment where your child can explore new tastes at their own pace through a creative, play-based approach. It’s our goal to make mealtime fun again for your family!

Child Development

The first few years of life lay the foundation for a child’s social, emotional, behavioral, and emotional health. Developmental delays in these areas happen all the time and are often unavoidable, but that doesn’t mean their impact can’t be minimized. We will work with your child to help them become more in tune with their bodies, providing them with greater awareness and agency over how they show up in the world.

Head Shape

We offer specialized care for infants with head shape concerns, focusing on gentle interventions before helmet use. We provide thorough assessments, personalized positioning guidance, exercises, and parental education to support natural head shape development at home, addressing early asymmetries to avoid downstream developmental delays.

Pricing & Policies

Koa Pediatric therapy is a private pay based practice and is “out of network” for insurance plans. This type of direct access allows for one-on-one attention and clinical treatment based on patient needs without insurance network restrictions, visit limits, or delays. Being an independent practice also affords us the opportunity to be fully transparent about patients’ health care costs. We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle as well as FSA and HSA dollars. We do not accept cash or checks.

If needed, we will provide a super-bill for your use to file with your insurance policy so that you receive partial reimbursement. It is the patients’ responsibility to handle health insurance contact and payment.
